Personal project, in development

Takeaway Operations Intelligence System

A system that records how a takeaway really runs and turns it into daily and weekly reports.

  • Links order entry, cooking records, front-of-house verification and time tracking in one workflow.
  • Built with a Next.js frontend, a FastAPI backend and SQLite storage.
  • Initial authentication and task functionality are working.
  • Uses everyday takeaway routines to identify where structured records and automation can improve visibility.

Used Car Price Prediction

A regression project that predicts used car prices from 6,019 labelled records.

  • Fixed missing values and text-based numeric fields, then engineered new features.
  • Compared six regression algorithms and tuned them with GridSearchCV.
  • Documented evaluation metrics, feature importance and price units so the results can be reviewed.

PBC TrustAI

Five-year transplant-free outcome classification on the Mayo PBC dataset, with a focus on results people can trust.

  • Defined the outcome carefully and built an eligible binary cohort by excluding patients censored before five years.
  • Examined missing data, data quality and predictor availability across source cohorts.
  • Investigated explainability with SHAP and LIME, and used Kaplan–Meier analysis to describe outcome patterns.
  • Wrote research documentation linking methods, evaluation and limitations.
